Jeffree Star has collaborated to bring us a collection of brushes and beauty sponges with Morphe, as himself and not as his brand, Jeffree Star Cosmetics.
The collection includes seven brushes and three different sized beauty sponges. I managed to get hold of these brushes on Morphe’s UK site, but I decided against getting the sponges as I really don’t use them very often!
The brushes come in a gorgeous frosted pink case (which I’m totally keeping to bring as a pencil case to uni, btw) with a cardboard slip cover with Jeffree’s eyes.
The seven brushes are all individually sealed inside in plastic slips.
First impression – these brushes are so soft and feel of really high quality!
JS1: SIZE QUEEN – a foundation brush with a flat top. I really like applying foundation with a brush and I’m enjoying using this one so far! Although I hate how dirty it gets! 🙁
JS2: POINT BLANK PRECISION – powder brush, this one I think is my favourite of all of them! I love how perfectly it fits around all of the contours of your face.
JS3: ICONIC CONTOUR BRUSH – this is soooo good for small detail contouring such as the nose and jaw line! I’ve also been using it as a very large blending brush to blend out strong colours.
JS4: FLY HIGH BRUSH – Morphe 510? You’ve got a rival babe. We all know highlighting is my forte and so you can never have enough brushes for it! This is like a smaller little sister version of the Morphe 510 and I’m loving her.
JS5: CREASE KWEEN BRUSH – this is a really good brush for blending and it’s long bristles are so good for deep set eyes.
JS6: RULE BLENDER BRUSH – I’m really enjoying using this brush for packing colours and shimmers onto the lid.
JS7: DOUBLE TROUBLE BRUSH – this is the one brush that I really didn’t need, I use a pencil for my brows so didn’t need the brush end, but a pink spoolee is always a need.

I really love this collaboration, I think they’re so well made and really represent Jeffree’s style. Well done Morphe and Jeffree Star. You killed it!
You can buy all these brushes separately if you’d rather, but if you’re going to buy a few, it’s cheaper to just buy the set because it’s discounted a lot, to only £49 for seven brushes!!!
