LQ LIQUID HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS: SKIN, HAIR AND NAILS REVIEW *

As you all probably know by now, I’m almost addicted to good skin care. I suffered from spot prone skin for all of my teen years and it’s only subsided recently in my twenties, now that I’ve nailed a decent skin care routine. Having said that, I’m always game to try and switch my routine around and check out new products on the market so when LQ asked me to try out their new liquid health supplements I thought why not!

Skin care isn’t just about the products you use directly on the skin, but it also helps to eat and drink the correct things too. This product also helps to aid and maintain the healthy growth of your hair and nails.

You take one 50ml bottle each day and it contains a ton of healthy ingredients such as Vitamin C, Collagen and Hyaluronic Acid.

First Impressions

I’d never tried a liquid health supplement before so didn’t really know what to expect. I wasn’t a fan of the taste of these at all, however others I’ve spoken to said they love the taste so I guess it’s all about preference, I am pretty fussy!

Results

I’ve seen an improvement in my skin, it seems to be glowing more and my hair appears to be growing faster! My hair also feels a lot stronger and I haven’t been suffering from as much hair loss (post Partum life isn’t fun) as I previously have been dealing with! I’ve only started noticing the results towards the end of my supply so I feel you’d need to use the product for a couple of weeks to start noticing but all in all I’m very happy with it!

For more information on collagen, LQ has produced an Ultimate Guide to Collagen, that provides everything that you could possibly want to know about the importance of this key protein.

Why not try LQ Skin, Hair & Nails, it contains 7,000mg of high-grade collagen, as well as 8 more key active ingredients that have been scientifically formulated to help maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.

Thanks for reading!

I’ll be honest, I am a little sceptical of taking these supplements , I’m more about taking natural remedies ☺️ xx
