Wearing grey on grey is totally do-able.
Wearing an all grey outfit is minimilistic but an extremely chic colour palette to add into your Autumn/Winter wadrobe this season. The key is simplicity and possibly accessorising with a deeper colour to break up the tones.
Here, I’ve styled up my outfit with a pair of black heeled boots and my faux leather croc Carvela bag for a monochromatic look.
Working it out
Grey is a muted tone that can often appear dull but with the right styling it can be the dramatic work wear look you’ve been lusting over. I opted for two grey toned pieces that are relativley similar in shade for a co-ord type feel to the outfit. This is a great way to make your outfit appear to be more ‘put together’ and formal for a work wear look.
British weather is still in the Summer to Autumn transitional period and so the weather is starting to get a little colder, but maybe we’re not ready to put our legs away just yet. This midi skirt is a perfect way to transition your legs away for the winter season as it offers a little more warmth than a mini skirt, dress or a pair of shorts.
Attention to details
Knitwear is a cold weather essential at this time of year but to prevent jumpers being boring, I like to pick out knitwear that offers intricate detailing to make things a little more interesting. I’m addicted to anything lace up and criss cross so this was a perfect option for me.
